Who we are

This website is operated by HummingAgent AI. It exists to explain and sell Private GPT deployments. Questions about this policy can be sent to shawn@hummingagent.ai.

What we collect on this site

If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, work email, company, team size, data sources of interest, and message. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email. We also use privacy respecting analytics to understand aggregate site traffic, which does not use cookies to track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use contact information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about a private AI deployment. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Booking and email

Demo bookings run through Calendly, and email runs through our business email provider. Each processes the information you provide to them under their own privacy policies.

Client deployments

The privacy commitments for the Private GPT product itself are governed by each client’s service agreement and technical design. Deployments are scoped around a dedicated Azure environment, approved sources, configured access, and the selected model-provider terms. The actual storage, retention, logging, training, and deletion behavior must be confirmed for the provider, endpoint, agreement, and settings selected for that deployment. Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information you submitted through this site by emailing shawn@hummingagent.ai. We will confirm when it is done.
