Why is there a platform fee instead of pure per seat pricing?
Because you are getting your own infrastructure, not a login on someone else's. The platform fee covers your dedicated Azure environment, hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and updates. Per seat pricing alone only works when everyone shares one big pool, which is exactly what you are trying to avoid.
Are AI model costs included?
Yes, normal business usage of all included models is covered by your subscription. If your team develops truly heavy usage patterns we will talk to you first, never surprise bill you.
What counts as custom development?
Anything beyond the standard deployment: bespoke integrations with niche software, custom agents that take actions in your systems, client facing AI experiences, or AI avatars. We scope these as fixed price projects so you know the cost before we start.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month after the initial deployment. The deployment itself has a one time setup fee that we quote on the demo call based on your data sources. If we are not earning the subscription every month, you should leave.
